This is the backup you are referring to. The backup has nothing to do with Sysprep.inf. It is a backup of all online users. Guess what? You can change the backup location if you wish. If you want to make a copy from a WMware player backup folder then make a folder, copy the backup there and change the location for daily backup to the location of your choice whichever. But only backup once every days. Don't manually backup the online user folder everytime you do sysprep because it will increase the load on the server and it's not needed at all.
I assume that you are talking about the offline user backup mentioned in the instructions. How do you backup offline user data? Go to "Users and Groups" and right click on each user and select "Properties". Go to the tab "Account Settings" and select "Backup Now". When prompted simply select "manually backup files and folders". A window will open to browse to your backup location. Select and open the.ini file that matches the user account that you wish to backup and click OK. The user account account is then backed up.
Find the i386 folder with your "new" folder, right-click, and select "Compress". You should now have the i386 folder. Decide where you want to place it. (It is optional, but it's good to have it if there's space available). You could create a shortcut to the i386 folder on your Desktop. Then you can easily locate the folder.
I believe that you are referring to the reboot. You have to do that after sysprep...Make sure that both client(s) are offline...shutdown the server and detach the hardware because you will not be able to attach it until the reboot is finished. Close the antivirus tools if open...reboot and you should be done. d2c66b5586
