Most of these overcurrent events are accidental, but some occur intentionally to cause short circuit damage of the equipment. To prevent overcurrent conditions, most electric utilities form a Joint Overcurrent Protection Committee (JOCC). JOCCs define maximum and minimum overcurrent parameters for critical system functions. The JOCCs also establish electrical "safing" procedures to prevent overcurrent conditions. Setting "safe" overcurrent levels for use with circuit breakers and fuses is typically based on existing electrical specifications such as those published by the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Layout "B": Scanning an island will not give the location, if the island is in range when character scans it. The first Scan at an island will store it, but only when no Ships exist near it..
Layout "C": Each autoship starts at the planet where a shop is facing the planet. The shop will be placed in a location at a radius of 2 sectors where the player has ships. The autoships will not lock different locations than the shop, if they would have any sector locked, they will load a sector in the same status (Scan Denied) the shop was in before the ship would start. d2c66b5586
